Community Fee Covers |
The Association fee includes maintenance, management
and operation of all common areas, i.e. lawn care, landscaping, snow
removal on roads, streets, driveways and sidewalks, the upkeep of the
clubhouse and all its facilities as well as the management, operation
and maintenance of the gatehouse. The fee also provides for a full time
Lifestyle Coordinator to plan and schedule activities for the enjoyment
of residents. In addition to the items listed above your monthly fee
also includes water usage, sewer fees, maintenance of lobbies, hallways,
the underground parking garage and required insurance coverage.
