Steven feels that today's Realtor is more than a person
that provides listings and access to properties; he feels that today's
Realtor is more like a contractor, in that he must enable the real
estate transaction process. This requires that the Realtor work with all

midtown and Wall Street area, giving him the unique perspective of the
commuter's life style. Many of his clients are commuters, and appreciate
the fact that he understands their needs and assists them in finding
that right property that not only fulfills their home and family life,
but their needs to commute in and out of the city.
Steven grew up in Queens, NY and
moved to Upper Montclair, NJ in 1977. After 22 years he and his family
moved to Wayne, NJ in 1999, and has been an active resident since. He is
a member of Wayne’s C.E.R.T, Community Emergency Response Team, which is
part of the Homeland Security program for responding to local
emergencies. Steven believes that you don't just live in your community,
you assist it when you can.
